Welcome!

 

Culinary Caveman Personal Chef is a new spin on an old way of eating:  gluten free, sugar free and dairy free (as an option).  We believe in clean, organic, local and non-GMO foods as a way of life.  These foods found in nature help our bodies be the best versions they can be...and it tastes delicious too!  

 

My family's life has changed with our new eating habits and we want to share our love of good, clean food with you!  Check out the TEAM tab for more on our food and health journey.

Meals are currently made to order and can be picked up in our store or delivered for a fee. We have two pickup and delivery dates only: Sunday and Wednesday.

 

If you have time restrictions for delivery, please contact us, otherwise we will send out a text when we are starting deliveries.

Sunday: 11 AM to 3 PM

Monday: 11 AM to 7 PM

Tuesday: 11 AM to 7 PM

Wednesday: 11 AM to 7 PM

Thursday: 11 AM to 7 PM

Friday: 11 AM to 6 PM

Saturday: 11 AM to 4 PM

Pickup Options: 

Drop off and pick up available on Wednesday and Sunday afternoons.  Pick up is at our store at 316 S. McCaslin Blvd, Louisville, CO.

Online menu cutoff is Friday at noon for Sunday pickup/delivery and Monday at noon for Wednesday pickup/delivery.

Size Information:

We have 3 sizes to choose from: Small, Medium and Large.  

 

Small (2 oz) is generally a woman's size that is looking to lose or maintain her weight (approximately 1200 calories per day).

Medium (4 oz) is for the very active female or the male trying to lose or maintain his weight (approximately 1800 calories per day).

Large (6 oz) is for those that are very active or looking to bulk up and building muscle (approximately 2200 calories per day).

We also have dinners served "family style" in one large dish rather than individual containers.  If you have 4 in your family,  choose 4 servings of the size you wish to have and put "family style" in the special requests section.
